Terms of Use
The terms for using this website and making an enquiry about our services.
Last updated: 5 November 2026
1. About this website
GrowthXcel is operated by Jay Daxini LLC, an entity registered in the United States. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jay Daxini LLC. These Terms of Use apply to growthxcel.io and its website content and enquiry features. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Questions can be sent to jay@jaydaxini.com.
2. Information, enquiries and paid services
This website explains our cold email, LinkedIn and outbound-system services and lets you arrange an introductory conversation. Booking a call or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a paid engagement or require you to buy a service.
The scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, cancellation arrangements and other obligations for any paid work are set out in a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms for the services it covers, the service agreement takes priority.
3. Website information and examples
We aim to present useful, accurate information, but website content may change and may contain errors or omissions. You should confirm details relevant to a proposed engagement with us before relying on them.
Case studies, testimonials, examples and estimates describe particular experiences or assumptions. They do not guarantee that another business will achieve the same meetings, pipeline, revenue or other results. Outcomes depend on factors including your market, offer, execution and sales process.
4. Acceptable use
You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website, its systems or another person’s information.
- Introduce malicious code, disrupt the website or place an unreasonable load on it.
- Use enquiry or booking features for spam, impersonation, harassment or misleading submissions.
- Infringe the rights of others or use the website in violation of applicable law.
Please provide accurate contact and booking information and only submit information you are entitled to share.
5. Website content and intellectual property
Website text, design, branding and other materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. Third-party names, logos and materials remain the property of their owners. You may view the website and share links to it for legitimate personal or business purposes. Other copying, redistribution or commercial reuse requires the relevant rights holder’s permission unless applicable law permits it.
6. External services and privacy
The website includes links to third-party services and an embedded Cal.com booking calendar. Those providers operate their own services and may apply their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or all aspects of their operation.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website, enquiry and booking information, including our use of Cal.com, HubSpot and Cloudflare.
7. Availability and applicable rights
We may update, suspend or discontinue website features. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These website terms do not replace the commitments made in a separate service agreement.
8. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms when the website or relevant requirements change. The current version will appear here with an updated date. Changes to these website terms do not automatically amend a separate signed service agreement.
For questions about the website or these terms, contact Jay Daxini LLC at jay@jaydaxini.com.
