Privacy Policy
How we handle information when you visit this website, contact us or book a call.
Last updated: 5 November 2026
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
GrowthXcel is operated by Jay Daxini LLC, an entity registered in the United States. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jay Daxini LLC. We are responsible for deciding how information collected through this website and our business enquiries is used.
This policy covers visits to growthxcel.io, enquiries, call bookings and related business communications. Processing performed solely on a client’s behalf to deliver services is governed separately by the relevant client agreement and data-processing arrangements.
For privacy questions or requests, email jay@jaydaxini.com.
2. Information we receive
- Information you provide. Your name, email address, company, role, contact details and anything you include in an enquiry or business conversation.
- Booking information. Your selected meeting time, time zone, booking answers, scheduling preferences and information about cancellations or rescheduling.
- Technical and usage information. Hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser and device information, request details and security logs. Website analytics measure page visits, referrals and page performance.
- Relationship records. Correspondence, meeting arrangements and notes needed to manage your enquiry or our business relationship.
Please only provide information relevant to your enquiry. Avoid sending sensitive personal information through booking fields or ordinary email.
3. How we use information
We use this information to:
- Respond to enquiries, arrange calls and send booking confirmations or updates.
- Understand your business needs, discuss our services and manage follow-up.
- Maintain CRM records and coordinate related communications and internal workflows.
- Operate, secure and improve the website and understand its usage and performance.
- Keep appropriate business records, comply with applicable obligations and resolve disputes.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these purposes may rely on steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business, legal obligations, or your consent where required. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it was withdrawn.
4. Booking, CRM and service providers
We use service providers to help operate the website and manage enquiries. These include:
- Cal.com for scheduling. When you use the booking calendar, Cal.com processes the details you submit to arrange and manage the meeting. See the Cal.com Privacy Policy.
- HubSpot for CRM. Booking and enquiry details are passed to our CRM and used to manage contact records, business conversations and follow-up. See the HubSpot Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare for hosting, security and analytics. Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the website and measure its performance. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
We also use calendar, email, internal communication, workflow and data-storage services to coordinate bookings, maintain records and prepare or manage responses. Information may be shared with these providers as needed for those purposes. Operational services may include automated or AI-assisted tools used to organize business information and prepare responses. Their handling of information is subject to the relevant service arrangements and their own privacy notices.
Booking information can exist in Cal.com, our calendar and our CRM. Deleting a booking or a record from one service does not necessarily remove the copies held in the others. Contact us if you want to request deletion of information we control.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, with professional advisers where needed, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable safeguards and obligations.
5. Analytics and embedded services
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare describes that analytics product as operating without analytics cookies, local storage or fingerprinting individual visitors. This statement applies to that analytics product, not to every service involved in delivering the website.
The embedded Cal.com booking service connects your browser to Cal.com. Embedded services and hosting/security features may process technical information or use cookies and similar technologies under their own policies. Browser settings let you control cookies and local storage, although restricting them can affect embedded features. You can also open the booking page directly or contact us by email.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including managing enquiries, bookings and business relationships, maintaining necessary records, meeting legal obligations and resolving disputes. The appropriate period depends on the type of information, the relationship and the applicable requirements; there is no single retention period for every record.
You can ask us to delete information. We may need to retain some records for legal, security or legitimate record-keeping reasons. We use access controls and the security features of our service providers to help protect information, but no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. International processing
Our business and service providers may access or process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the relevant contractual or other lawful transfer arrangements.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to provide information, although we may then be unable to arrange a call or respond fully to an enquiry. You can ask us to stop non-essential follow-up by replying to a message or emailing us. We may still need to send communications about an existing booking, engagement or legal obligation.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to an appropriate privacy authority. To make a request, email jay@jaydaxini.com. We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding, and will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
9. Children
This website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this website, please contact us so we can address it.
10. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as the website, services or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
